Hi, we are Karl and Ikumi Schuckert.

We are the founders and visionaries behind Prime Digital Solutions. Prime Digital Solutions is a staffing and freelancing agency offering administrative and digital marketing services to support small businesses and busy professionals worldwide. We provide cost-effective, efficient, dependable, and professional solutions to our valued clients. 

We first started hiring virtual assistant services in 2011. Initially, we established an outbound call center in Nevada, where we provided live call leads directly to in-house insurance agents. We outsourced assistants from multiple countries, and we found that the Filipinos accent was more compatible with English-speaking countries. Since then, we decided to focus on Filipinos assistants because of their loyalty, work ethics, and integrity.

As owners of SaaS, Software Companies, E-commerce, Life Coaching company, Insurance agencies, Events, and Affiliate Marketing firm, and a Local Restaurant and bar plus busy parents homeschooling our daughter,  we have made many trials, and errors to perfect systems and delegate tasks that we found were time-consuming and not productive. And leveraging our time by hiring virtual assistance from the Philippines has maximized our output towards businesses success and increased our quality time with our family.

Since then, we have wanted to create an opportunity where other professionals could leverage our knowledge of working with high-quality virtual assistants.
